Support
Mail info@thenextbeacon.com. A small studio, so it reaches the people who build the game. Usually a reply in a couple of working days.
Tell us the game version, your phone, and what you were doing when it went wrong. With those three we can usually fix it in one reply instead of asking three questions first. The version is at the bottom of Settings.
The usual questions
I paid and it still says locked.
Settings, then Restore purchase. That asks the store what your account owns and puts it back. Nine times out of ten it's because the phone is signed in to a different App Store or Google account than the one that paid. If that isn't it, send us the receipt and we'll sort it out.
I got a new phone.
Your purchase follows your store account, so install the game and hit Restore purchase. Your run doesn't follow you. It's saved on the old phone and there's no cloud save.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through whoever took your money, since they're the ones holding it. Apple does them at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your Play order history. If they say no and you think the game's at fault, mail us anyway.
Does it need internet?
No. Everything runs on your phone. It'll happily work on a plane. A connection is only used to send crash reports and to talk to the store when you buy or restore.
What are you collecting?
Anonymous crash and gameplay data. No account, no ad id, no location. Every field is listed by name on the privacy page, and there's a short version in the game under Settings → Data & Privacy.
Delete my data.
Mail us and ask. There's no account, so we'll tell you what we need to find your records, then delete them within 30 days. Deleting the app stops the collection straight away.
I found a bug.
Please tell us. What you expected, what happened instead, which round and hero if it was mid-run, and a screenshot if it's something you can see.
